Magnesium and Men’s Health: Functions, Intake and Safety

Magnesium is an essential nutrient with well-established roles, but those roles do not automatically make a multi-ingredient supplement a proven sexual-performance product.

What magnesium does

Magnesium participates in hundreds of biochemical reactions and is important to normal muscle and nerve function, energy metabolism and many other physiological processes. The EndoPeak label lists magnesium as magnesium oxide, providing 133.3 mg per serving.

Those established nutritional functions are different from a claim that supplemental magnesium increases libido or treats erectile dysfunction.

Food, deficiency and supplementation are different questions

People obtain magnesium from foods, and some use supplements to help meet intake needs. Whether a person benefits from supplemental magnesium depends partly on baseline intake, health status and product form.

Correcting a deficiency and taking extra magnesium when intake is already adequate are not equivalent scenarios.

Supplemental intake and tolerability

NIH describes gastrointestinal effects as a concern with higher supplemental magnesium intakes and provides information about upper limits and medicine interactions. Product users should consider magnesium from all supplements, not only EndoPeak.

Magnesium oxide also differs from other forms in absorption and tolerability.

How magnesium fits the EndoPeak formula

The ingredient gives EndoPeak a legitimate nutrient component, but it does not provide clinical validation of the full nine-ingredient formula. Product-level claims require product-level evidence.

Use the Supplement Facts and safety pages to understand the serving amount and the label’s medication warning.

Finished-product boundary: Ingredient research does not prove that the complete EndoPeak formula produces the same effects. We did not identify a peer-reviewed randomized controlled trial of the finished EndoPeak formula during this build.
